Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This policy explains how SixtySevenSites handles one-time launch payments, hosted monthly payments, cancellations, failed payments, and refund requests for the launch checkout and onboarding flow.

Overview

SixtySevenSites provides website launch, setup, hosting, maintenance, and onboarding services for customers who have reviewed a preview before purchase. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, failed payments, and refund requests are handled.

This policy does not change the current product names or prices shown on the checkout page. The checkout page is the source of truth for the active offer at the time of purchase.

One-time launch payments

One-time launch payments cover setup work, launch preparation, basic checks, communication, and the launch items listed at checkout. Because customers can review the website preview before purchase, one-time launch payments are generally non-refundable once setup or launch work begins.

If a technical issue prevents launch on the customer’s existing setup, we will explain the issue and recommend the safest path forward. This may include a hosted setup if current hosting is inaccessible, outdated, restricted, or incompatible.

Hosted monthly payments

Hosted monthly plans include the first payment shown at checkout, then the monthly amount shown at checkout after that. The plan is month-to-month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Hosted services may include hosting, maintenance, small updates, quote-routing support, and recurring local website content as described on the checkout page and terms page.

Cancellation

Hosted monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid period. It does not automatically refund past payments or the current billing period unless required by law or agreed in writing.

If hosting is cancelled, we can provide reasonable help transferring website assets. Domain ownership remains with the customer. Some transfer, rebuild, migration, or third-party hosting work may require a separate quote.

Small updates

Small updates include normal text edits, phone number changes, business hour changes, review additions, basic photo swaps, and minor service edits. These are included only for active hosted customers and are subject to reasonable use.

New pages, major redesigns, custom features, booking systems, ecommerce, advanced integrations, large copy rewrites, custom automation, and unusual technical work are not small updates and may be quoted separately.

Weekly website article

The hosted plan may include one locally focused website article per week. Articles are designed to support helpful customer education and local search visibility. Publication timing may vary around holidays, access issues, missing business details, or technical interruptions.

The customer is responsible for reviewing business accuracy when requested and for telling us about regulated claims, licensing requirements, legal restrictions, medical restrictions, financial restrictions, or industry-specific rules that affect website content.

Failed payments

If a hosted payment fails, hosting support, updates, and recurring content work may pause until payment is resolved. We may send payment reminders or provide a secure billing portal link when available.

If failed payment remains unresolved, service may be suspended or cancelled. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but the customer is responsible for keeping payment details current.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds, if any, are returned through the original payment method when possible. Stripe, bank, card network, or third-party processing timing may affect when funds appear.

To request a review, call 1-778-513-9246 or reply to your SixtySevenSites project email with your business name, payment date, and reason for the request.
