Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SixtySevenSites collects, uses, stores, and shares information for the website launch checkout and onboarding flow. It applies to the customer-facing launch flow at sixtysevensites.com/launch and related setup forms, payment events, emails, and support communications.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to process your website launch, confirm payment, complete setup, contact you, and support your website. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, domain name, website URL, business details, service areas, launch notes, quote-routing email addresses, and domain setup details you choose to provide.
We do not ask for full payment card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not intentionally collect passwords through the setup form.
How we use information
We use your information to create checkout sessions, verify payment, send transactional emails, complete your intake, launch or connect your website, route quote forms, provide support, maintain records, and improve the checkout and onboarding flow.
If you choose the hosted plan, we may also use your business details to prepare local website content, basic maintenance notes, and weekly article topics related to your business and service area.
Payment processing
Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, billing events, and customer portal access. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, device information, and fraud-prevention data according to its own privacy and security practices.
We store Stripe customer, checkout, payment, subscription, and webhook identifiers so we can confirm payment status and support your order. We do not store card numbers, security codes, or full bank details.
Email and communications
We use Resend to send transactional emails such as payment confirmations, setup form links, intake confirmations, and owner notifications. These emails are required for the service and are not marketing newsletters.
If you reply to a transactional email, we may retain that correspondence to support your launch, answer questions, or maintain project records.
Domain, DNS, and website setup data
When you provide domain or DNS setup information, we use it only to review and complete website launch work. We normally update website records only and avoid changing email records such as MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC unless you approve that separately.
You remain responsible for domain ownership, registrar account security, and the accuracy of the access or setup details you provide.
AI-assisted internal summaries
We may use AI tools to create internal launch briefs, summarize intake details, identify missing information, or prepare first-draft service-area content ideas. AI output is used as an internal aid and does not replace human review.
Payment success and checkout verification do not depend on AI systems.
Sharing information
We share information only with service providers needed to run the checkout, payment, email, hosting, analytics, support, and website launch process. Examples include payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, database providers, and operational tools.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to complete a business transfer involving this service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect customer and order data. No online system is perfectly secure, but we limit sensitive collection and rely on Stripe for payment data.
We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain operational history. You may request deletion of nonessential information by contacting us.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, tax, legal, or service-completion reasons.
