Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Accessibility Statement describes the accessibility practices for the SixtySevenSites launch checkout and onboarding flow. It also explains how to request help if something is difficult to use.
Our commitment
SixtySevenSites aims to make the launch checkout and onboarding flow clear, usable, and accessible for as many people as possible. We design with readable text, strong contrast, keyboard access, mobile-friendly controls, and plain-language instructions.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We review the experience as the product changes and prioritize fixes that affect checkout, payment, intake, and support access.
Standards we work toward
We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles where practical for this checkout and onboarding flow. This includes perceivable content, operable controls, understandable copy, and robust markup for modern browsers and assistive technologies.
The service uses semantic HTML, visible focus styles, responsive layouts, form labels, clear validation messages, and reduced-motion support where applicable.
Known limits
Some parts of the experience depend on third-party services, including Stripe Checkout and email clients. Those services are controlled by their respective providers, but we choose established providers that take accessibility seriously.
If a third-party step creates a barrier, contact us and we will provide a reasonable alternate path when possible.
Help with checkout or setup
If you have trouble using the checkout page, payment flow, setup form, or policy pages, call 1-778-513-9246. The number is reachable from the United States and Canada. You can also reply to your SixtySevenSites project email.
When reporting an issue, please include the page you were using, the device and browser if known, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. This helps us fix the issue quickly.
Alternative support
If an online form is difficult to complete, we can collect setup details by email or phone when reasonable. We may still need written confirmation for billing, domain, DNS, or launch approval details.
Accessibility requests are handled as support requests and do not affect your right to receive the service you purchased.
